Additionally contained in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
